Lens Hood Nikkor Was my Nikon kit lens supposed to come with a lens hood?
I just opened my new AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor 18-55mm 5/3.5-5.6G EDII yesterday.
It came brand new with my D80. But there is no lens hood in the box.
The instruction manual keeps referring to the lens hood, and it is even included in the diagram labelling the lens parts.
I know that they are not very expensive, but I'm still wondering.
Does anyone own this lens… should it come with a lens hood, or do I purchase one separately?
